Photographing Loving Snails 🧡

Simple things in life can be so beautiful and love can be found everywhere.

This lovely couple I found suddenly while walking next to my house and I invited them to do a photoshoot on my kitchen table 🙂 They agreed silently and I portrayed them while they where showing me their love.

In times of an isolation crisis, it is very easy to be caught up in the flow of fear, hatred and decay. But love is everything, the most powerful force, it will guide us and unite us. Love is everywhere, even in the bush next to your house.

I like to invite you to look around you, see the beauty in the ‘basic’ things of life, it will still our hunger for more, it will make the world a better place.

As a Portrait Photographer and a Father 🧡

As I already noticed in my first Lockdown Inspiration Video: Simple things in life can be so beautiful and love can be found everywhere.

Today my boys of 3 and 4 years old asked me: Papa, are we going to work? So I thought, why not! Let’s do a photoshoot and teach them how it goes. It was a lot of fun and I hope they learned something. I learned that simple things are sooooo beautiful. And these moments we will never forget when we are older.

A Trip To The Moon During Lockdown 🧡

‘when you cannot travel far…
travel further.’

During full moon on the 30th of December 2020 I went outside and prepared my telescope. It was a cold night, ice was sticking to the telescope, dogs where barking, everyone was sitting at home because of the cold and the Covid regulations. 

After recording the moon with my telescope and recording the sound with my recorder I went inside to write a piano piece and here it is, a trip to the moon during lockdown.

You are not allowed to travel far physically, but you can travel further in your head.

It is hard to listen to your belly,
especially in these rational times.

And you want to explain it with your head,
what is it? what isn't right?
You are starting to think, am I that crazy?
This all can’t be true right?

And when you dive deeper into the rabbit hole, you can hide and be silent... but we are so powerful, we are all so powerful! Let’s all use our talents for the good. Together we can pave the road with bricks of love to paradise. 

Take control, be the captain and not the passenger.

It is time for headwind,
it is time to turn the tide.
